# SQL-006 Is information page printed

Checks for a `P401` endorsement with a non-null `printed_date` for a given policy/period, used by `PolicyInformation.IsInformationPagePrinted` ([BR-POL-006](../business-rules.md#br-pol-006-information-page-printed-status)).

## Sample SQL

```sql
SELECT
  policy_num
FROM endorsement
WHERE policy_num = :PolicyNumber

```

The returned `policy_num` is coerced with `CDec(...)` without a null guard; a no-row result raises a conversion error rather than returning `False`.*
